FARM PRODUCTS
Local Maple Syrup

Tapped on the farm and boiled in our sugar shack
Each spring we tap several dozen maple trees right here on the farm and boil the sap in our very own sugar shack.
Unlike refined sugar, maple syrup is a source of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, and zinc. Vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and B6 are also found in this natural source of sweetness!
Available until we run out:
$8/8 oz. or $12/12 oz.
Natural Self-care
Our herbal tinctures are made from herbs grown and foraged on the farm. Tinctures can be a healthy addition to a daily wellness routine thanks to their ability to support our body's natural healing response.
We offer several herbal tinctures:
-
birch polypore (Piptoporous betulinus)
-
chaga (Inonotus obliquus)
-
turkey tail (Trametes versicolor)
-
holy basil (tulsi)
-
propolis
Tincture: $16-18 per ounce

Wildflower Honey

Raw and unfiltered honey
Our wildflower honey is derived from the nectar of a variety of species of flowers that grow around the farm.
Raw and unfiltered honey provides natural sweetness as well as health properties, including antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
We extract honey in August to ensure our bees are able to store up plenty of this nutritious food to get them through the long winter.
Out until later this summer

Pasture-raised, farm fresh eggs

Organic non-GMO feed supplements their vitamins and minerals. Thanks to their pasture-based diet they produce healthy and gorgeous deep orange-yolked eggs!

As a small-scale producer, we operate under the state of Michigan's Cottage Food Law (PA 113 of 2010), which exempts our "cottage food" products from the licensing and inspection provisions of the Michigan Food Law. This allows our products to be made in a facility that is not inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development.
